DeeAnn Pouliot has been with the New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority since 1985.  In her current position as the Managing Director of the Assisted Housing Division, she oversees the administration of the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program to ensure compliance with program regulations and oversees the Authority’s Housing Services programs to ensure full integration of these activities with other program administration.  Prior to this position, DeeAnn was the Director of Asset Management and was responsible for the development and implementation of the long-term compliance monitoring and asset management programs for the multifamily financing portfolio and contract administration functions.  DeeAnn received her bachelor’s degree in Human Services from Springfield College.
