Phoebe Backler works as a Senior Program Officer for the Tillotson Funds of the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation. In her role, Backler partners with a wide array of talented community members from across Coos County to support sustainable economic and community development through grantmaking, leadership network development, and facilitated convenings. She collaborates closely with early childhood development practitioners in the region in efforts to build an integrated, high-quality system of supports and services for children and families. Backler holds a bachelor’s degree in History and a certificate in the Management of Community Organizations from Tufts University. She lives in Gorham, NH with her husband and three sons near the Presidential Mountains.
