Patricia Tilley has spent greater than 25 years in support of children and their families as a classroom teacher, family resource center director, Maternal and Child Health Title V Director and public health professional.

She is currently Associate Commissioner of the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services. She was previously Director of the Division of Public Health Services. Her role was to foster systemic approaches to promote health and wellbeing, prevent chronic conditions and to reduce health inequities across the lifespan. She is responsible for the coordination and assessment of public health systems and policies and works in partnership with communities to protect, promote and improve the health of all Granite Staters.  Tricia has spent much of her career focusing on strategies to support families by preventing adverse childhood experiences through systems that encourage safe, stable, nurturing relationships and environments for families with an emphasis on early prevention.

Tricia earned a BA in Developmental Psychology from Hampshire College, Amherst, MA and a MS Ed from the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA.
